Fresh off a resounding win over Real Salt Lake in Bebeto Reynoso's first start, Minnesota United (4W-3L-2D) look to continue to roll against an FC Dallas side that beat them 3-1 on August 29..

FC Dallas (2W-1L-4D) are coming off a 1-1 draw at Sporting Kansas City and are unbeaten in their last four.

In that victory at Toyota Stadium, Fafa Picault and Jesus Ferreira scored a minute apart early to set the tone and Reto Ziegler buried a stoppage-time penalty kick after Hassani Dotson pulled the Loons within a goal early in the second half.

Reynoso debuted in a midweek defeat at Houston, but was in Adrian Heath's starting XI and the former Boca Juniors playmaker's inclusion appears to have sparked his new side. The Loons scored four times after halftime, including a Robin Lod brace. Kevin Molino had a pair of assists and played a part in all four goals and the new Designated Player picked up his first assist as well in a 72-minute shift.

“Trust me, the physicality of the MLS is not going to worry him when he’d been playing in the Argentinean first division. He’s going to be fine," Heath said after the game. "I was amazed he got through as long as he did. That’s a testament for his incredible fitness and the way he’s looked after himself. Because, to play like he has done, I think his last game was March. His last big, competitive game. So, it speaks volumes of the way the kid looks after himself.”

FC Dallas

FC Dallas settled for a 1-1 draw at Children's Mercy Park last Wednesday with Franco Jara finally opening his account with a 9th minute goal. But as long as it's been for Jara to score his first MLS goal, it is nothing compared to how long Kyle Zobeck waited to make his league debut. Eight years after FC Dallas drafted him 64th overall, Zobeck replaced an injured Jimmy Maurer in net making him the oldest debutant among players selected in MLS drafts, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

Maurer's injury is just the latest Luchi Gonzalez has to deal with. He joins Bryan Acosta, Fafa Picault and Matt Hedges on an injury list that also features Paxton Pomykal, who had surgery that involved an arthroscopic labrum repair and correction of CAM impingement, which should sideline him for six months. MLSsoccer.com's Tom Bogert also reports Reggie Cannon has left for Portugal to undergo his medical and physical evaluation which would complete his move to Boavista.
